The cooling effect of profile forming is to timely cool and shape the stretched macromolecular chains to meet the requirements of the product. Slow cooling can allow sufficient time for the macromolecular chains to stretch, reducing internal stress and reducing warping, bending, and shrinkage of the product, thereby improving the impact strength and welding corner failure force of the product.
